  20. The Bridge MIB Working Group is chartered to define a set of managed
  21. objects that instrument devices that conform to the IEEE 802.1
  22. standard for MAC-layer bridges.
  23.  
  24. This set of objects should be largely compliant with (and even draw
  25. from) IEEE 802.1(b), although there is no requirement that any
  26. specific object be present or absent.
  27.  
  28. The MIB object definitions produced will be for use by SNMP and will
  29. be consistent with other SNMP objects, standards, and conventions.

  46.           source routed bridges as an Internet-Draft.
